Each model is available in 5 file formats: maya binary (mb), 3ds Max (.max), blend, fbx and obj + mtl. All models have 4K PBR textures (base color, height, AO, normal (DirectX, OpenGL) and roughness). All meshes were created using photogrammetry and were optimized for real-time rendering. Models are provided with PBR textures allowing for easy building of consistent and detailed environments, which can be used in games, architectural visualizations, animations and still images.
