pay back model is not there!!!

hi i bought a model that says it has a Maya version but instead there are only texture files in the Maya link! this is the model: https://3dexport.com/3dmodel-t-rex-rigged-223265.htm

cant find a mail to send this to for refund please help

Either confront the seller about this directly to fix the problem, or if that falls through open a support ticket for arranging a refund, the option is there in the middle when you click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.

Actually i would strongly suggest to try everything to clear things up with the seller first, i just had a situation with a buyer acting as if everything was cool between us and only recently learned that he was in a nasty two weeks back and forth with the 3dexport staff for a refund. I'm lacking the experience with English to express how that felt.
