       Maps are embeded and can also be found inside 3ds max´s file folder. 

       Alembic (ABC) file contains all animation and mapping coordinates and is more recommended for blender than FBX. 
       No, it has no rig and the animation cannot be edited in this format. 

       (Normal map should be uploaded with "override 1 and not "automatic").
